After your appointment is confirmed, we will send you confirmation emails and/or text messages about your scheduled service and your House Glow Representative. You can contact your representative at any time with questions or concerns you might have.
Our team will come prepared with the proper tools and supplies needed; however we do need access to a water source.

We move furniture on a case by case basis depending on the type of furniture and complexity. We will work with you and determine the best solution so we can get the job done right.

Power washing is a preventative maintenance routine that should be performed on an annual basis.

Generally, gutters should be cleaned twice a year, once in early summer and one in early winter to clean any fallen leaves. It is important to remove all the branches and leaves from the gutters because they are a fire hazard, and they can also lead to clogged gutters and blocked downpipes.

Soft washing is a low-pressure cleaning process commonly used to safely treat and remove organic matter: mildew, bacteria, algae, fungus, moss, lichens in addition to dirt, grime and spiderwebs. Soft washing originated as an alternative to power washing where high pressure can cause damage.

In some instances, the scope of the job may be different than expected based on unforeseen complexity. If this is the case, we will contact you with a revised price for your approval prior to completing your service.

Our House Glow Professionals are the best in skill, attitude and customer service. They will clean up when they are finished. Your satisfaction is their personal responsibility. If you are not satisfied with their performance, notify us prior to their leaving your home and we will do what it takes to ensure you are satisfied with your service.

We service Bexar Country and surrounding areas within a 1 hour drive time.

Our service appointments, require an adult 18-years or older must be present. Please make sure pets are in a safe area and restrained. The work areas should be easily accessible and safe. Please remove plant pots, furniture, and pool toys. If you are not home when we arrive our team will give a 15-minute window. Afterwards, we will contact you to reschedule your appointment. If you have to cancel your appointment you will receive a credit applied to your rescheduled appointment. If our team is late or the un-imaginable no show you will receive a 100% refund if you opt to not continue your service. Circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather, safety concerns and the like, or for requests for additional services, equipment and/or installation at the time of the service call do not qualify for a refund.
